Makes 12-14

Ingredients

1 box Freedom Foods Corn Flakes

65 g butter

2 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon honey

12 to 14 cupcake cases

 Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 150 degrees Celsius and arrange cupcake cases on an oven tray.
  2. Pour Freedom Foods Corn Flakes into a mixing bowl.
  3. Gently melt together the butter, sugar and honey over a low heat until sugar is dissolved and the mix becomes fluffy, stirring constantly.
  4. Slowly fold in the well-stirred, melted butter mix. Mix the Corn Flakes and butter mix together with a large spoon, so that all flakes are touched by the butter mix. Don’t be concerned if the Flakes are quite loose, because they should be.
  5. Gently divide the mix between the cupcake cases, then pop in the oven for 8-10 minutes to cook.
  6. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before allowing your kids to enjoy. Left overs may be stored in an air tight container for up to a week.
