1 strawberry, washed and sliced or a ½ small banana, sliced
Place all ingredients into a small saucepan and stir gently over medium heat for 5 minutes, or until the mixture comes to a light simmer. Reduce to a low heat and simmer for around 5 minutes, or until the oats have softened stirring regularly.
Pour into a bowl and leave to cool a little. Top with a few fruit slices of your child’s choice and serve.
