This simple hot breakfast uses Diamond pro+ 3, giving it an extraordinarily light and creamy finish. Full-cream milk also works well.

Makes 1


  • ½ cup of rolled oats
  • 3 level scoops Diamond pro+ 3, prepared with 180 mL water
  • 1 strawberry, washed and sliced or a ½ small banana, sliced


  1. Place all ingredients into a small saucepan and stir gently over medium heat for 5 minutes, or until the mixture comes to a light simmer. Reduce to a low heat and simmer for around 5 minutes, or until the oats have softened stirring regularly.
  2. Pour into a bowl and leave to cool a little. Top with a few fruit slices of your child’s choice and serve.
