Create your own creamy, wholesome and perfectly spreadable peanut butter with just two ingredients. Make it once, and you’ll find it tough to return to store-bought varieties.


  • 2 cups peanuts, dry-roasted and unsalted (or cashews)
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil


  • Food processor or high speed blender


  1. Place peanuts and oil into food processor and pulse until finely ground.
  2. Scrape down the sides of the processor bowl and process again until you reach your desired consistency, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.

Hint: If your nut butter isn’t coming together, add more oil until desired consistency is achieved.
