Mindfulness can help boost your child’s emotional and physical wellbeing

Mindfulness is about paying attention to what’s going on right now, moment by moment, rather than thinking about the past or worrying about the future. Mindfulness can improve emotional and physical wellbeing. Encouraging your child to be in the here and now can give them skills to deal with life’s little stressors, as they grow and develop. There are many ways to help your child build and practice mindfulness and to help you along the way, find here a list of reputable links.
